Store credit is linked directly to the email address used for your online purchase and can be used exclusively on shopneon.com, not at our retail location.
How to use your store credit
- Log in to your customer account using the same email address associated with your purchase
- Add your items to cart as usual
- At checkout, your available store credit will automatically appear as a payment option
- You may apply all or part of the credit toward your order
Important Information
- Store credit is valid online only at shopneon.com
- Store credit does not expire
- Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded back to the original payment method
- If your purchase total exceeds the available credit amount, the remaining balance can be paid using another payment method
